The training program PortDeBrasô Progression Level 3. Intensive practice is expected to improve the quality of standards for trainers conducting master classes, certified seminars and courses portdebras. 

The master classes of PortDeBras Club System will offer material that reveals the basic ideas, principles and style of portdebras season 2019 and early 2020. 

The Par Terre and Band classes will present both the new material and the progression of the classic blocks of these levels. 

The part of Progression Update assumes practical work of the group with the material of the level of progress. Coaches need to demonstrate their work with the group based on the progress level material. 

Block The technique of arm movement will be dedicated to the technique of hand movements, body positions.

This course is a Credit for the renewal of the mandatory teaching license for PortDeBras trainers in the period 2019 / 2020. 

The cost of the course is fifteen thousand rubles (today at the rate of about 215 euro) . 

Coaches coming from other countries can be paid at the place of registration.
